inHealth employs a primarily open source development environment commonly known as the "LAMP" (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) platform.

Our production and development web servers run (SUSE) Linux with Apache. We construct our database-driven websites with the PHP programming language embedded within HTML and accessing MySQL databases. Wherever possible, we evaluate and then use existing General Public Licensed applications, such as our frequent deployment of phpBB for the implementation of discussion boards.
